We build a custom plan for each one of our clients and use advanced fitness technology to measure your results. If you choose to do InBody scans (included), you can track the exact changes in fat and muscle cell percentages. Our 91-year old client first started strength training journey when he was 89 years old, doing 120 pounds on the leg press. Now, he's able to press more than 300 pounds.
